Ingredients

How to make it

  • For Mousse

  • In small saucepan, or microwave, melt chocolate and 1/4 cream using low heat and stirring often. This should only take about 5 minutes, on the stove top.
  • Add vanilla and stir to combine.
  • Set aside to cool completely
  • When cool, begin whipping remaining cream with hand or stand mixer, to create stiff peaks.
  • Carefully fold in cooled white chocolate
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Honey Lemon Glazed Berries

  • In small sauce pan, heat lemon juice and honey, over low heat.
  • Stir to combine and cook until warmed through.
  • Remove from heat and carefully fold in berries to coat
  • Set aside to cool completely.
  • Puff Pastry

  • Prepare shells per package directions, remove tops, and let shells cool.
  • To assemble, spoon mousse into shells and top with berries. Remove berries from glaze with slotted spoon, if needed.
