Ingredients

How to make it

  • Turn slow cooker to High or place Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • (If using Dutch oven, preheat oven now too)
  • Heat olive oil and add onions, saute for a few minutes and add garlic and saute a few minutes longer.
  • Add:
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Celery seed
  • Honey
  • Ketchup
  • Sweet Chili sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mix well.
  • Add cornstarch to reserved pineapple juice and mix well; add to pot
  • Add pineapple junks and mix all ingredients together.
  • Add Pork and spoon above ingredients over roast.
  • Cover and cook on low until internal temperature reaches: 160 for Medium/170 for Well done.

    Yep!
    This will do...
    I use the slow cooker a great deal,it's nice to beat the heat in the summer time,and an extra plus in not having to keep an eye on it.
    Great sounding recipe.
