How to make it

  • For Burgers

  • For each type of burger, mix all ingredients in large bowl until well combined.
  • Shape into 1/3lb burgers See Photo
  • Grill to desired doneness(preferably medium rare :)
  • For Mayos

  • For each type of mayo mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Chill until ready to use.
  • Top burgers with any desired toppings, but I prefer, with these, to really taste the burgers, and usually use nothing more than leaf lettuce(or spinach) and fresh sliced tomatoes! :)

    Couple of nice change-ups on the old cheese burger. Like your Mayo sauces. Can't get venison, bison or elk or etc. here but maybe some lamb or pork would go well. Let's be honest, the sauces are the real treat anyway. Great post and left handed, as usual. RJ
