Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Thyme
  • 1/4 Tsp. Rosemary
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • Seasoning Bag

Directions
  1. Inside seasoning bag, combine all dry spices with sugar and shake well. Add chicken breast, one at a time, and shake well until breasts are well seasoned. In a large frying pan melt butter and place chicken in pan on low heat. Fry on both sides until well browned and done.

Such an easy and tasty recipe.


I made this last night, but didn't want to fry it. I melted the butter in a 350F oven in a glass baking dish. The seasoning was enough to coat two chicken leg quarters. I put them in the pan with the melted butter and cooked them for an hour. The skin was nice and crispy and kind of sweet from the brown sugar. I think next time I would add garlic powder to the mix. Really good !
