Roasted Tomatoes

- 2 pints cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 tbls olive oil shopping list
- 10 leaves fresh basil or 10 sprigs thyme shopping list
- 6 cloves sliced garlic (optional) shopping list
- 10 chopped or whole kalmata olives (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Put tomatoes on baking pan.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper on top.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Add basil or thyme.
- Shake pan to mix.
- Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Can vary the amounts of the spices/olives depending on preference.
- Serve cold for maximum flavor.
- Can also serve with fresh mozzerella and basil as a salad.
