Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Pour the ice into a blender
  • Add 2 oz of CurrySimple Thai Tea syrup / Thai Tea ready to go package
  • Add 2 oz of 1/2 and 1/2 cream
  • Turn the blender on high for 30-45 seconds or until all the chunks of ice have been crushed
  • Pour back into the glass
  • Top with whip cream / of top with plain whole milk / half and half
  • This recipes can also be use with coffee, all you need to do...brew a cup of strong coffee.. add sugar as desire and follow the recipe...that's all it take
  • if have Tapioca , you can put it in your drink also...hope you enjoy

    I used coconut milk as I am lactose intolerant and it turned out wonderful,my kids love it too,so thats a plus...:)

    Sounds wickedly good. A good site for hard-to-find Thai ingredients (and other Asian cuisines) is www.importfood.com. Have other sources? Our city only has one, very tiny Asian grocery.
