Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie Recipe
Chewy, chocolaty, yummy goodness! You can serve this without the ice cream, for a less fattening experience.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate or hot fudge ice cream topping

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
  3. In small bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Blend in sugar and butter.
  5. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt. Add to egg mixture, stirring until blended.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts if desired, and vanilla.
  7. Spread batter into pie plate; bake 35 minutes (30 minutes for 9 inch pie plate) or until set. Pie will NOT test done in center.
  8. Cool, cut into wedges.
  9. Serve with ice cream, top with ice cream topping.
