    Damn, these look perfect--I like it that they are not too sweet. Perhaps a teaspoon of vanilla? or some freshly-grated nutmeg? even some cardamon?

    Sun. 4/13/08. I have just made these. Very easy,but taste needs something extra, can't figure out what yet, but they are a little bland.

    I have to "ditto" what krumkake said as I've never tried anything dipped in the whites before the nuts! What a brilliant idea! I love this and can't wait to try it! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe!

    Ohhh, I see where they get their crunch now, rolled in beaten egg whites before the nuts...I've never tried that. New idea, and I LOVE that. Thanks CW!
