One from G-Ma Roberts files. She was such a fun cook and her recipes are stuffed with favorites with her friends names on them and little notes that it came from the bridge party or the fishing tournament etc. A real food diary.

Ingredients
- 18 crushed chocolate cookies with white filling
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1/2 pint of heavy cream, whipped
- 3 tablespoons of green Creme de Menthe
- 3 tablespoons of white Creme de Cocoa
Directions
- Add melted butter to crushed cookies.
- Press inot 9 inch pie pan.
- Melt marshmallows in the milk over low heat, stirring constantly
- Cool to room temperature.
- Add the Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cocoa to the whipped cream.
- Fold cream into the marshmallow mixture.
- Pour into pie shell,
- Chill or Freeze.

Oh I remember this pie well - the crust was so yummy and the filling even better. These oldies are definitely worth making again...and isn't it a "jewel" when you find something like you've found in your grandma's recipe files...you're right - it's a priceless food diary!
