Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating slightly.
  • Fold in salt, corn syrup, oatmeal and vanilla.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes until set.
  • Of course Aunt Mabel and Uncle Estin served this with a dollop of whipped cream. (They had fresh cream from their own cows!)
  • Soooooo good!
