Pink Palace Recipe
This is quick and easy along with being refreshing... Good on a hot day or to serve with bbqs.....

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 tablespoons Gran Marnier or other orange flavored liqueur
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Dash of grenadine
  • Crushed ice

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  2. Serve over crushed ice..
  3. yield: 3/4 cup

Yummmy the only mixer i know is margarita and mojito, grand marnier is expensive hehehehehe can i just sub with orange zest
