This is quick and easy along with being refreshing... Good on a hot day or to serve with bbqs.....

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 2 tablespoons Gran Marnier or other orange flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Dash of grenadine
- Crushed ice
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Serve over crushed ice..
- yield: 3/4 cup
