Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In skillet, saute onion and mushrooms until tender
  • Add ground beef, salt, pepper and brown
  • Drain fat
  • Add meat mixture and 1/2 brown gravy to same skillet and heat through
  • Cook potatoes until fork tender
  • Drain; add butter, milk, salt and pepper then mash
  • In 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish add meat mixture
  • Top with corn
  • Cover corn completely with mashed potato
  • Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Let rest a minute before serving.
  • Plate and top with remaining brown gravy.
