How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl combine meat, seasoning, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire. Mix well. Heat skillet with water, remaining Worcestershire and liquid smoke over medium-high. Meanwhile, form patties. Once skillet is hot, place patties in and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until burgers reach desired done-ness. During last minute add a slice of cheese to each patty, replace top and allow cheese to melt. Spread buns w/horseradish sauce on each side, then add patty and top with veggies. Serve w/sweet potato fries & additional Horseradish Dipping Sauce.
