Watermelon Ginger Slush

Luscious enough for dessert, easy enough for the kids to make! This slush is just fresh watermelon, crushed ice, and ginger! Odd combo, you say? Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon (seeded and peeled flesh) shopping list
- 1-inch piece ginger (peeled and chopped) or ½ teaspoon powdered ginger shopping list
- juice of 2 limes shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2 cups crushed ice shopping list
- Blender shopping list
How to make it
- Divide the ingredients in half and combine.
- In two batches, puree all ingredients until slushy.
- Serve immediately!
