How to make it

  • - Beat egg yolks well with rotary beater and add vanilla
  • - Measure flour and cinnamonsifting
  • - Beat in buttermilk and mixed dry ingredients. Beat in butter.
  • - Fold in beaten egg whites very carefully
  • - Pour batter into griddle
  • - When full of bubbles, turn pancakes
  • - Keep warm until serving time

    Hi! My boyfriend broke up with me, and I felt terrible…,I had been with my guy for about 4 years and got close to his family. My bf was not a narcissist..     Made with unsweetened coconut milk w/rice vinegar in place of buttermilk. Came out light and fluffly!

    I agree with Skidoodle.... how can you possibly rate these if you do not try them?? This happens alot on this site and actually gives a false rating to a recipe. So one HAS to read every review and then figure out how they rate for themselves. I tried them and my family really enjoyed them and hubby is a fussy eater. They did not come out for me thick and fluffy .... possibly because I added blueberries (after adding batter to pan) but the taste was delicious. Just like a pancake should taste. I didn't have buttermilk so I added 1 T. vinegar to the milk.
