How to make it

  • Combine and whisk all the dressing ingredients and pour into the couscous. Stir well and add in the water. Set aside until all the couscous absorbs all the dressing and water.
  • Then combine the rest of the ingredients and mix into the couscous mixture. Mix until well combined and season with sea salt, black pepper and top it with some parsley. Serve immediately.

    Great ingredients...I'm with Gkwillow, I'll use EVOO in this. Maybe top with slivered almonds! Love almonds with couscous:)
