Couscous Salad

- 1 Cup Instant couscous shopping list
- 1 Cup Warm water shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 Tbsp hazelnut oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 roasted red bell peppers (store-bought), chopped shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1/2 of red onion, diced shopping list
- 1 red chili, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp hazelnut oil shopping list
- 1 tsp pomegranate vinegar or red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp Chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine and whisk all the dressing ingredients and pour into the couscous. Stir well and add in the water. Set aside until all the couscous absorbs all the dressing and water.
- Then combine the rest of the ingredients and mix into the couscous mixture. Mix until well combined and season with sea salt, black pepper and top it with some parsley. Serve immediately.
