Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients, well. See Photo
  • Form into walnut sized meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet See Photo. I like to use an old cooling rack over an old cookie sheet for things like this.
  • Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. See Photo
  • Toss meatballs in sauce, then place back in the oven(you can remove the cooling rack, now ;) and bake another 10 minutes or so. See Photo
  • Serve with dipping sauce, as desired.
