Creamy Zucchini and Garlic

Strong Garlic for true lovers.
Ingredients
- 6 Medium zucchini, Grated. shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves, minced. shopping list
- 2 ½ Tbsp of butter. shopping list
- 2 ½ tTbsp of garlic powder. shopping list
- 2 ½ Tbsp of sour cream. shopping list
- 1 tsp of thyme leaves, Chopped. shopping list
- fresh ground pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and saute over low heat for a short time.
- Add the grated zucchini, garlic power and thyme.
- Cook, stirring frequently until the zucchini is tender.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Season with the fresh pepper.
- Serve
