Colorful Carrot And Ham Salad

I love my meat grinder, especially for making this recipe! My MIL and I always make this when we hang out! It's simple and delicious and great as sandwich or on ritz crackers!
Ingredients
- Meat grinder ( I use the attachment one for the KA) shopping list
- 1/2 lb chunk of ham (preferably not the smoked kind, it taste funny in this), cut into smaller chunks shopping list
- 1 large carrot or 2 small cut into chunks shopping list
- 2 radishes cut into small cubes shopping list
- 1 stalk of celery thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 green onions sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbs. chopped chives shopping list
- 3 Tbs-1/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 tsp. honey shopping list
- red pepper flakes shopping list
- S&P shopping list
How to make it
- Grind ham and carrots into a medium bowl using your meat grinder.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Taste and season. That's it....the most delicious ham salad ever!!!
- Serve this on bread, wrapped in a lettuce leaf or on top of some salad greens ;)

I cleaned out my freezer today and found a chunk of ham that I didn't know I had. :O Love ham salad - but adding the carrot will be a new one to me! Plan on making this tomorrow for Friday's lunch...
