How to make it

  • saute all the veggies in the olive oil until slightly brown and "roasted" looking and smelling
  • add the spices and seasonings turn off the heat and let cool
  • once cool add the egg and oats
  • smash the cooled veggie mix until uniform and it can form a pattie
  • form into patties as big as you want, remember no guilt in veggies!
  • saute in olive oil until a light brown and crusty. add slice of cheese or soy cheese and let melt and serve! great with avacado tomato onion bacon cheese
