Grandma Noodles

- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 package broad egg noodles shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed) shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup (condensed) shopping list
- 1 cups grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pre Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook Noodles according to package directions, set aside.
- Brown beef in a large skillet adding onion and celery.
- Drain beef mixture.
- Add the mushroom and tomato soup mixing well.
- Add the cooked noodles and 1/2 the parmesan cheese, mix well.
- Place mixture in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
- Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Can be served with salad, and garlic bread.

Run for the salt shaker. I sauteed all with S&P then had to add more at the end. That said, there's lots of flavor going on here. I liked it a lot. It's mother tested and approved.
