How to make it

  • Pre Heat oven to 350F.
  • Cook Noodles according to package directions, set aside.
  • Brown beef in a large skillet adding onion and celery.
  • Drain beef mixture.
  • Add the mushroom and tomato soup mixing well.
  • Add the cooked noodles and 1/2 the parmesan cheese, mix well.
  • Place mixture in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  • Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Can be served with salad, and garlic bread.

    Cream of anything soup is not qluten free -- here is what we do for cream of mushroom soup. 6 oz canned mushrooms, 12 oz cream cheese, 1/2 -3/4 cups half and half, salt and pepper to taste -- Blend until smooth, add into the recipe where you would the soup.

    Run for the salt shaker. I sauteed all with S&P then had to add more at the end. That said, there's lots of flavor going on here. I liked it a lot. It's mother tested and approved.

    I wonder how this would be with egg pasta? It may be too heavy, though. Sounds great, though! Will def be a do'er and a keeper :)
