How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and quarter then boil in water until soft and drain well.
  • Mash potatoes then mix in the cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Continue mashing and mixing until potatoes are fluffy.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • To serve place potatoes in a greased casserole dish and dot with butter.
  • Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
