Five Day Potatoes Recipe

This is incredible. So tasty and goes a long way. Clearly a great comfort food sure to please all the potato lovers in your life

Ingredients
- 10 large potatoes
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions
- Peel potatoes and quarter then boil in water until soft and drain well.
- Mash potatoes then mix in the cream cheese and sour cream.
- Continue mashing and mixing until potatoes are fluffy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve place potatoes in a greased casserole dish and dot with butter.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
