Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil on stove top to 350
  • Slice stick of cheese in half lengthwise
  • Slice cheese halves in half again on the thinner side
  • Slice each 1/4 of cheese into 4 equal pieces (Should have 16 sticks of cheese)
  • Set up dredging station adding salt and pepper to flour
  • Dredge in flour, egg, panko, egg and panko again
  • Fry in batches until golden brown
  • Serve with marinara for dipping.
