Bittersweet Chocolate and Grand Marnier Fondue

- 170g bittersweet chocolate cut into chunks shopping list
- 1/2 c cream shopping list
- pinch freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c Grand Marnier shopping list
- serve with strawberries, chunks of banan, cubes of pineapple, wedges of firm ripe pears, or peices of sponge cake or biscotti shopping list
How to make it
- place the chocolate, cream and pepper in the top of a double boiler and warm over barely simmering water until melted.
- Alternatively place the ingreds into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high until melted, stirring once or twice, about 2 mins.stir until the fondue is smooth, then stir in the grand marnier
- transfer to fondue pot set over a burner set on low, and serve imediattely with fruit.
- note: the better quality chocolate the better the taste.
