How to make it

  • place the chocolate, cream and pepper in the top of a double boiler and warm over barely simmering water until melted.
  • Alternatively place the ingreds into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high until melted, stirring once or twice, about 2 mins.stir until the fondue is smooth, then stir in the grand marnier
  • transfer to fondue pot set over a burner set on low, and serve imediattely with fruit.
  • note: the better quality chocolate the better the taste.
