How to make it

  • Measure the first four ingredients into a medium bowl. Stir well.
  • Add cooking oil and sourdough starter. Stir to form a ball See Photo. Turn out onto a floured surface. Roll or pat 3/4” thick. Cut into 2” rounds See Photo. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
