Sourdough Biscuits

- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup cooking oil (I use a vegetable/canola blend) shopping list
- 1 cup sourdough starter (allow to come to room temperature) shopping list
How to make it
- Measure the first four ingredients into a medium bowl. Stir well.
- Add cooking oil and sourdough starter. Stir to form a ball See Photo. Turn out onto a floured surface. Roll or pat 3/4” thick. Cut into 2” rounds See Photo. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
