How to make it

  • In medium glass bowl melt mint pieces, slowly(20 seconds at a time) in microwave or over double broiler.
  • In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Add melted chocolate and liqueur, if using, and mix well until uniform color.
  • Carefully fold in whipped cream until all incorporated and uniform color.
  • Spoon into crust and chill at least 4 hours.
  • (top with chocolate curls or shaved chocolate or mint pieces or fresh mint and a dab more whipped cream, if desired)
