Crockpot Thai Chicken Thighs

- 8 boneless,skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) jar cilantro sasa(or any salsa you prefer) shopping list
- 1/2 c peanut butter shopping list
- (crunchy or creamy) shopping list
- 2 tsp ginger shopping list
- 2 TB soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Put all ingredients in crockpot on low 6-8 hours(mine was done in about 5-1/2 hours)
- 2.Garnish with cilantro,scallions and peanuts.
- 3.Serve with jasmine rice made with 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 water(1 c raw rice,1 c coconut milk,1 c water)
- I added 1 tsp Sriracha
- If you want to try this and don't have a crockpot,bake at 350 for about 1 hour or so.
