How to make it

  • Place chicken breasts in lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Pour a small amount of olive oil over each chicken piece, sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste. Rub into chicken.
  • Pour lemon juice and worcestershire over the chicken, cover dish with aluminum foil and allow to soak while oven is preheating.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, baste with the cooking juices and continue baking uncovered for about 10-15 more minutes or until done.

We grilled this last night, too, and it was awesome!! I was an hour late getting home, due to roadwork, so didn't take time for a pic. Ours was nice and brown like MrPiggy's. Love this recipe. It probably marinated 5 or 6 hours. Very moist, juicy, and flavorful! I used 1/4 c olive oil making the marinade.

I had four huge chicken breasts (boneless) that I wanted to cook up tonight to freeze for sandwiches, salads, burritos etc and you posted this just in time! :) The only difference for me was I was super busy tonight and missed the covering part, so I cooked mine uncovered the whole time. I cut into one and it was fine though! I loved the slight taste of lemon and I love Worcestershire sauce, so this was perfect for me. Super easy. Added my picture, too. Thanks so much!
