Crock Pot Carne Asada Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rub taco seasoning all over roast
  • Place onions into crock pot
  • Add roast, tomatoes and broth
  • Turn crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours
  • Using 2 forks, shred beef

    Love making it on hot days!!
    I add a little red onion chopped once they are done. And choice of jalapenos sour cream or salsa

    Yo Bare: This should make a great Taco filling and it easy. I'll make my own taco seasoning and add some lettuce and cheese to the taco but this filling should be great. RJ
