Sausage Bread

- 1 package frozen bread dough(3 loaves)-thawed shopping list
- 3-4 lbs. ground sausage shopping list
- 16-20 oz. package fresh spinach shopping list
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 large chopped onion shopping list
- grated cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion & sausage until browned & crumbly
- Drain excess fat and sprinkle lightly on rolled dough
- Break up spinach & sprinkle over sausage
- Add a few spoonfuls of smashed tomatoes then top with a little grated cheese
- Sprinkle lightly with olive oil
- Roll into long loaf, pinch in ends
- Let rise on a cookie sheet for an hour or two
- Bake @ 375 ½ hour or until golden brown
- Before baking, wipe top with oil.
