- flour tortillas(size and flavor are up to you... I used a tomato/basil large one and got 2 rolls, of 12 pieces, each, plus the ends! :) shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, combine mascarpone, garlic, olives, Dijon, hot sauce and a lil pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
- Spread a thin layer onto tortillas, making sure to get nearly to the ends.
- Top with a single layer of spinach, but make sure to cover the cheese mixture.
- Add slices of mozzarella, but don't worry about totally covering the spinach, here.
- Finally, top with slices of salami, and, again, make sure to go mostly to the edges, as with the mascarpone mixture and the spinach.
- Roll into a cigar like shape. Roll it tightly, but not so tightly the filling squishes out!
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Slice into about 3/4in rounds and serve.
