How to make it

  • In small bowl, combine mascarpone, garlic, olives, Dijon, hot sauce and a lil pepper.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Spread a thin layer onto tortillas, making sure to get nearly to the ends.
  • Top with a single layer of spinach, but make sure to cover the cheese mixture.
  • Add slices of mozzarella, but don't worry about totally covering the spinach, here.
  • Finally, top with slices of salami, and, again, make sure to go mostly to the edges, as with the mascarpone mixture and the spinach.
  • Roll into a cigar like shape. Roll it tightly, but not so tightly the filling squishes out!
  • Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Slice into about 3/4in rounds and serve.
