Hot Fudge Cake

This is like a brownie, cake, warm pudding all in one. Almost like a pudding cobbler. I always make 2 pans of this. This cake is light and makes a warm chocolate pudding on the bottom.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all pupose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 6 Tablespoons baking cocoa, divided shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (usually leave out) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups hot water shopping list
- whipped cream or ice cream or heck have both! shopping list
- In medium bowl combine: shopping list
- flour, white sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. shopping list
- Stir in until smooth: shopping list
- milk, oil and vanilla shopping list
- Spread in an ungreased 9" square pan. shopping list
- Combine and sprinkle over batter in pan: shopping list
- remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa and brown sugar. shopping list
- Pour hot water over all. DO NOT STIR! shopping list
- Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. shopping list
- Serve warm. shopping list
How to make it
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream or both.
- makes 9 servings...I get less per serving. I am generous with my portions. I usually make 2 pans of this.

I have a cake request from my gandson. This will send him into sugar heaven. I may run it through my declalorizer twice, however.

Killer good! We made this and it is different. I'm not much of a cake eater, but this one is not really a cake, just like you said. It's pudding like and gooey and just good. This is a keeper.
