Rock Star Open Face Gravlax Sandwich

This is the sandwich I came up with to try my homemade gravlax. It is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread shopping list
- 1 tbsp or so cream cheese shopping list
- 14 thin slices of Gravlax My Way shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp mayo shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the cream cheese on the bread.
- Lay the gravlax slices over the cream cheese.
- Mix mayo, dijon and horseradish and put a generous spoon over the salmon.
- Eat and cry for more :)
