Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and vinegar.
  • Heat grill. Brush glaze on each side of salmon; grill about 5 minutes on each side. ( I only grilled skin side down for about 10 minutes)
  • Top with scallions and sesame

I've been checking out grilling recipes, and look what I found! Ever since I made your Honey Orange Dijon Chicken recipe, I was wondering how something similar would be with fish..next time we grill salmon, I will be trying this:) It looks & sounds just perfect:)
Oh, yeah, wanted to let you know Marsala wine lasts far longer than regular, it's fortified with added alcohol (this is a good thing) so it lasts for many months..I googled this info, I'm not THAT smart:) Have a great weekend!

Now see...instead of topping with scallions, and sesame seeds,I would opt for...
    Caviar...Beluga!
The lighter the color, the older the fish, and the older the fish, the more elegant and exquisite the flavor...It should be round, hard,of adequate size, and burst in your mouth at the precise moment...royal,rich and silky,
    ~but~
Remember...caviar has an extremely short shelf life,so if you'er able to afford it,make sure you eat it all!
    Nice recipe.
Wishing you and yours a great weekend.
    Kind Regards
    Joyce
