Ultimate Carrot Cake

So yummy and the base is a cake mix but so much more is added
Ingredients
- 1 carrot cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 can 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon orange peel shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- cream cheese frosting shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then mix all the above ingredients in a bowl then place in a greased bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes and then check and see if it is done then take out of oven and place on a cooling rack
- Cream cheese frosting - mix all the above ingredients together in mixer then when cake is cold put on the cake
