How to make it

  • Allow the chops to sit at room temperature for about an hour
  • Get the grill ready to go. I use charcoal, so I start it about 1/2 an hour before I'm ready to cook
  • Combine the rub mixture, and hand rub it into the meat on all sides
  • Cook the chop each side on the open flame for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare
  • Remove from the heat and allow about 5 minutes for them to rest
  • During that time, combine the butter mixture and microwave on high for 35 seconds
  • Pour it on top of each chop, and serve
