Pedas - Enak sekali!
Are any of the items in this recipe cooked beforehand and may Lomboks be used instead of the serrano pepper?
How long will it keep in the freezer?
Terima kasih!

Could you transcribe into English your comments to janevans? My mother makes sambal for me, but I'd like to try your recipe. Thank you!

Ok, i said " hello nice nice to know you, please add me, in the stae it's hard to fine cayanne pepper if there is have it it cost too expensive one lbs, so i used any pepper i have on hand, orriginally i used regular cayane pepper.about how to cooked this spice, that is the good thing about having a freezer here, i don'tneed to cooked(fried) like i did in indonesia , the freezer is awsome the frost fast and easy to used up, if i need id quickly i opened from the plastick bag and put it in microwaveable bowl aand nuke for a minute and ready to be used, i scoop aprx 2 tbs spoon onto a snack size ziplock bag the smallest one so when i need it i don't have to re defrost and used a big bag it is harder to defrosted. just enough for 2 time cooking need.
add tumeric powder, coriander, and ginger to make yellow basic ingredient,

and if you don't add any chilli that how to make white basic ingredient

indonesian food is not complicated and a hassle, am i right."

ii hope thats help
