How to make it

  • 1. Lightly beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Then add yogurt, melted butter and vanilla and beat together. Gradually add the sugars, salt, flour, and baking powder.
  • Note: If the batter seems too thick you can add a dash of milk until its the consistency that you prefer. This will depend on how thick of yogurt you buy.
  • 2. Mix until smooth but do not over mix as this can make the pancakes tough.
  • 3. Cook on griddle over medium heat. Watch edges of pancakes for bubbles as an indications as to when they need to be flipped.
