Bulgogi Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Asian Pear

- 4 organic boneless skinless chicken thighs shopping list

- for bulgogi marinade shopping list
- 2 Tbs asian pear grated shopping list
- 2 Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 minced scallion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger, grated shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- ~ shopping list
- to serve shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
- shredded or sliced asian pear shopping list
- gochujang (Korean hot sauce) shopping list
- toasted black and white sesame seeds for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and add the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
- Setup a barbecue, or move your oven rack to the top position and turn on the broiler.
- Grill the chicken until they are cooked through. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut into small cubes.
- Serve with lettuce leaves, Asian pear and gochujang.
