How to make it

  • Place the salmon fillet into the oven bag.
  • Pour in soy, oyster sauce, liquid smoke and chili sauce.
  • Close the bad and let marinate for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • While the fish is resting preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Place the oven bag on a baking tray and put in the oven.
  • It bakes for about 20 minutes.
  • Be careful when opening the bag, it is too hot. Better wait 10 minutes to cool off a bit.

This was so good. It had a great smoky flavor to it. I'm just hoping I won't eat it all before the weekend when I have time to make a nice breakfast out of the leftovers. Added my picture, too. A teeny bit more in IMI
