Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, cheese, oregano and egg yolk
  • In another small bowl, whisk egg white until foamy then set aside Separate crescent dough into four rectangles and seal perforations
  • Spread pepperoni mixture over each rectangle to within 1/4 in. of edges Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal
  • Cut each into 6 slices
  • Place cut side down on greased baking sheet
  • Brush tops with egg white
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

    Whoa, those sound good - too hot to turn on the oven at the moment, but I will be making these as soon it cools off around here! I recently found a great local mariniara sauce that would be excellent with these!!

    These sound so good! I now know about turkey pepperoni, thanks to Tina, bookmarked to try as soon as I start using my oven again (when it gets a little cooler here)!!!
