Coffee Chocolate Mousse Via Delta Point River Restaurant Recipe

Coffee Chocolate Mousse Via Delta Point River Restaurant Recipe
This is just a great melt in your mouth mousse. It originated from Delta Pointe Restaurant in Vicksburg Mississippi. I got it from my grammy.

Oh yesssssssssss! My O My!!! yummmmmmm

This looks so good. Tracy

I have had this recipe, out of an old cookbook, for years. It is smootha and divine. The kick of booze gives a nice little edge to the flavor but isn't too dominant.

Hang onto the recipe, because the restaurant is gone. Ameristar Casino bought it and bulldozed it. Great view overlooking the river. The restaurant was just off I-20 and was sort of a tourist thing. Catfish was the big draw.

Love choc moose
