Lemon Ice Box Pie By Emeril Lagasse

Have not tried yet, but it's a lot like another Lemon Ice Box recipe I submitted a few days ago. Thought I'd make it & compare. It's GOT to be good since it's from Emeril!!
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temp shopping list
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight. (OR: at least 2 hours before serving)
