Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Blend Crisco, brown sugar, peanut butter & egg. Add the mixed dry ingredients (flour, salt & baking soda) mix well.
  • Shape into balls (approximately 1 inch) place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls by pressing criss-cross with a floured fork. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. (NOTE: Mine were done in 8 minutes, be sure to check at 8 minutes since ovens do vary) Cool 2-3 minutes.

    LOL! I made Peanut Butter Cookies Sunday & got about 20 dozen cookies.The old man took 6 dozen to work last night for his co-workes.

    My absolute favorte. This recipe looks perfect. I wonder if Mr. SuchAFuss wouldn't like some nice peanut butter cookies.
