Pineapple Dip

Recipe for dipping fresh fruit or topping over angel food or pound cake.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tablspoon flour shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 2 cups Cool Whip (whipped topping) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Stir in juice and egg.
- Cook over low heat until thick.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla and cool.
- Fold in Whipped Topping.
- Serve with fresh fruit or as a topping for Angel food or Pound Cake.
