Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 tsp vanilla

1 tablspoon flour

1 egg, beaten

2 cups Cool Whip (Whipped Topping)

Directions

Combine sugar and flour.

Stir in juice and egg.

Cook over low heat until thick.

Remove from heat.

Add vanilla and cool.

Fold in Whipped Topping.

Serve with fresh fruit or as a topping for Angel food or Pound Cake.

This recipe was super easy and SO good!! I made it for my husband's "tropical" themed birthday party. We used it as dip for strawberries, grapes, bananas, apples, and oranges. Everyone loved it!
