Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a stir fry pan or large frying pan over medium to high heat add oil and add garlic salt and pepper cook for about three minutes. Do not overcook if you burn it start over as burnt garlic tastes very bitter.
  • Then add the shrimp and stir fry until they start to turn pink. Add the snow peas, bean sprouts and bell pepper and cilantro or parsley stirring constantly then add the sauce that you are using and keep stirring for a minute or so. Place on a plate and immediately enjoy! I left the tails on the shrimp until I was ready to eat them just before I took the pic!

It's not often I can get snow peas (mange tout? is that the same?) here but found some the other day. This is on the menu for tomorrow. Thanks for a great and timely post!
