Spicy Basil Vinaigrette

This easy dressing is a great way to use up all that extra basil at the end of the season! It's not a pretty dressing, but it's tasty. Ingredients
- About 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- about 1/4 cup sweet or red onion, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1-3 jalapenos seeded shopping list
- 2T Dijon shopping list
- a small drizzle of honey shopping list
- about 1 1/2 cups of quality olive oil(I actually used 1 cup regular and 1/2 cup chili infused SO good! ;) shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar shopping list
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until well combined and smooth.
- Adjust to taste preference.
- Chill until ready to use.
