Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and cayenne.
  • Whisk in beer.
  • Dip shrimp by tails into batter, coating completely.
  • Place 4 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
  • Batter will "puddle" around shrimp, That's ok.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with tartar and/or cocktail sauce.

    Certainly this is a healthier way to cook shrimp, and it sounds fine to me! Five on this one! And I got a good chuckle at your comment about the beer! :+D

    Oh my gosh! This is great! I have heart disease and can't eat fried foods anymore and I LOVE fried shrimp. I will definitely try this recipe!
