How to make it
- Combine flour, salt and cayenne.
- Whisk in beer.
- Dip shrimp by tails into batter, coating completely.
- Place 4 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
- Batter will "puddle" around shrimp, That's ok.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar and/or cocktail sauce.
