Pear And Pomegranate Salsa

- 2 ripe pears shopping list
- 1 pomegranate shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves shopping list
- 1 juicy lime, make sure it is heavy with juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Tortilla chips shopping list
- Alternate lime dressing: shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey shopping list
- juice of 2 limes, about 3 tablespoons shopping list
- 1 small clove garlic, grated shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- salt & pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- Dice pears.
- Seed Pomegranate over the pears, allow juice to drip onto pears.
- Add onion and cilantro.
- Squeeze a generous amount of lime juice.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir it together.
- This was originally on Pinterest as a five ingredient challenge. Salt and Pepper didn't count.
- If you would like a real lime dressing for the salsa, I added an alternate for you.
- Serve as we did over lettuce or as the recipe stated with tortilla chips
