Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dice pears.
  • Seed Pomegranate over the pears, allow juice to drip onto pears.
  • Add onion and cilantro.
  • Squeeze a generous amount of lime juice.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Stir it together.
  • This was originally on Pinterest as a five ingredient challenge. Salt and Pepper didn't count.
  • If you would like a real lime dressing for the salsa, I added an alternate for you.
  • Serve as we did over lettuce or as the recipe stated with tortilla chips

Well I did end up making this to go on chicken, and it was wonderful :) I think it would also pair very nicely with pork as well. Another good one Tina! More in the IMI ---------> I Made It
