Rosemary Cashews Recipe

My guests devoured a whole bowlful in a matter of minutes. They are addictive! and I don't even like cashews all that much.

Ingredients
- 1 lb roasted unsalted cashews. * I used the salted roasted ones that come in a can.
- 2 TB minced fresh minced rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 TB kosher salt * do not add this if you bought salted roasted cashews
- 1 TB unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread cashews on cookie pan and bake for about 5 mins until warm
- In a large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, *salt, and butter.
- Thoroughly toss the warm cashews with the spiced butter and serve warm.

Thank you for posting this recipe.I was just at a friend's house;she was frantic becasue she had bought cashews to make this but lost recipe she had saved for months.She was so happy when I emailed it to her!
